Freelancing is becoming a respected alternative career

Freelancers in too many parts of the world were seen as also ran, not able to attract a good full-time job. Covid 19 effectively shut down that perspective. We still have troublesome employment and tax policies in much of the world, and in many countries (including the US) it can be difficult to find good quality, reasonably priced, health insurance. But, we are also seeing record numbers of professionals choosing a freelance career over full-time employment. Even some of the people with their respective profession suddenly switching into the freelancing world and even several business owners as well.

It is not easy for those people who lost their jobs to enter as fast as they could, into the freelancing world, most probably they are thinking that this role is not for them and they might think it is not exciting as they are going to their happy place of work.
